We are proud to introduce Paula Calderon, the new National Director of Client Success at Windmill Microlending. Paula started the role in October 2018. Windmill offers microloans to help skilled immigrants achieve their Canada designations and improve their overall quality of life as working Canadians. As part of the leadership team, Paula manages a team of staff nationally who’s main goal is to facilitate the success of all loan recipients. Paula comes to Windmill from Access Employment where she was the Director of Services for Peel Region. Originally from Colombia, Paula has first-hand experience being an immigrant in Canada, an asset for both Windmill and the immigrants and refugees she and her team support.
