Nora Constas, Chief Executive Officer, Boost Child & Youth Advocacy Centre

Nora Constas is the new CEO for Boost Child and Youth Advocacy Centre, reporting to the Board of Directors. Nora started the role in October 2021.

Nora is an accomplished executive with a background in healthcare in both the private and NFP sectors. She was most recently Executive Director of Markham Family Health Team where she led through the covid pandemic. Previously, Nora worked as a nurse practitioner, care-coordinator and program administrator at the Hospital for Sick Children. With first-hand experience working in the emergency department, she brings extensive knowledge of children with complex needs from an acute care, ambulatory, and community context. Subsequently Nora joined Marsh Canada Ltd as a Senior Vice President and National Practice Leader in Clinical Risk Management and Consulting. In addition, Nora serves on the Board of Directors of Lumenus Community Services, which provides mental health, developmental, autism and early years intervention services to children, youth and families and individuals across Toronto. Nora holds a Master of Nursing/Advanced Practice Nursing and an Executive Master of Business Administration. We wish Nora the very best in her new role.
