Kristina joined Upper Canada College in March 2020 as Executive Director, Community Relations. Reporting to Vice Principal, Advancement, Brendan Dellandrea, the role was created to elevate relationships with UCC alumni, volunteers and the community at large, and represent the Advancement team to meet upcoming campaign objectives.
In her early career, Kristina developed her relationship management skills and her ability to produce exceptional major events as the Manager, Special Events and Turnout at The National Ballet of Canada. In 2014, SearchSmart recruited Kristina for True Patriot Love, where she led their events strategy as the Director, Expeditions and Events. This included large scale gala fundraisers across Canada, as well as international expeditions. After more than five years at True Patriot Love, Kristina was seeking career advancement.
