Irfan joins Upper Canada College as their new Manager, Database for Advancement Services. Irfan started the role in September 2019. Irfan has the exciting opportunity to be the part of the upcoming UCC capital campaign. His role will work closely with the Director, Advancement Operations to develop best practices for data management and to support the fundraising and alumni teams. Irfan comes to Upper Canada College from Pathways to Education Canada where he was supporting marketing, finance, IT and resource development through database management and technology solutions. Prior to his role at Pathways, Irfan worked at Sunnybrook Foundation in donor base development. In a relatively short-time working and living in Canada, Irfan has developed a deep understanding of fundraising technologies and how to support the users who rely on these softwares to fundraise for their organizations. Irfan was known at Pathways as always willing to jump in and support a colleague who needed help. Irfan also has education and experience in Business and Digital Media Marketing.
