Erin joined The Learning Partnership (TLP) in June 2019, as their National Director of Development, reporting to the CEO, Debra D. Kerby. Erin brings creativity and a can-do attitude to TLP’s leadership team, designing meaningful – and innovative – opportunities for partnerships. And her relationship-management skills live up to her reputation: during the interview process, her references were quick to support Erin and sing her praises.
Erin came to TLP from The Musical Stage Company, where she was Executive Director, Advancement. There, she worked with the founding Artistic & Managing Director to boost revenue streams, including through fundraising and ticket sales. At this relatively new organization, Erin was able to use her energy and smarts to construct fresh and exciting programs to help achieve their objectives. Outside of work, but closely related, Erin volunteers as co-host and member of the steering committee to the Global Innovation Field Trip, a series of 24-hour virtual events showcasing and connecting young inventors from around-the-world.
