Alicia joined Upper Canada College as their new Director of Advancement Operations in September 2018. Upper Canada College was looking for an operations person who could help them improve their data and research capabilities, prior to setting forth in an upcoming campaign. While still young in her career, Alicia proved to be a great fit for the role and her intelligence and drive shone through in all of her interviews. Her experience managing data and research at West Park Healthcare Centre Foundation gave her the foundation she needed to become a valuable member of the advancement services team. And as a member of leadership team, Alicia will drive the strategy to ensure the advancement department has the tools they need to be successful in their roles.
