Research
The heart of our business is thorough and exhaustive research. We comb the country for the best talent, making hundreds of calls on each assignment. We believe in the process of research and as a result continue to make calls even when we have great people in our database. Our call list is put together drawing on thousands of names in our database, using strategic target list development and reviewing candidates from previous search assignments.

Interviews
Our interviews are thorough and comprehensive using various interview strategies including competency based interviewing. We interview on skills, experience, personality, emotional intelligence and motivation.

The Long List
Not all organization need or can afford a full search process. Our Long List package is designed for junior to mid level searches with organizations who have internal hiring expertise or for small charities with limited recruitment budgets. Even small or under resourced charities can have access to recruiting support and expertise.

Our long list service includes:

  • We write your job specification based on face to face meetings with your internal stakeholders;
  • Post and manage your opportunity on targeted job boards;
  • Send your job out to our database of over 10,000 active emails;
  • Make pitch calls to 150 to 200 potential candidates;
  • Complete thorough telephone interviews using all of the interview strategies of a full search including EQi assessments:
  • Submission of candidate profiles and resumes with recommendations;
  • A list of every candidate that we have spoken to on the assignment and weekly status updates.


Multiple Hires
You have the opportunity to double up your efforts and save money when you have multiple searches with similar skills sets. Our approach includes charging you a flat fee with a portion of the original fee charged for every additional hire. We believe our clients should not have to pay separately for each search when we are already in the market talking to similar candidates.

Pay As You Hire

After doing hundreds of searches for fund development and fund development support roles, we have a very vibrant and active database. We make a special effort to keep an eye on young and upcoming talent as well as contract staff in the industry so that future clients might benefit. Send us a profile of the position and let us send you our top 4 to 5 candidates in our database. We will only charge for candidates hired.
